Immigorithm Consults provides petition preparation, research, writing, document organization, and related support services for achievement-based U.S. immigration matters. Our services are limited to the scope agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Immigorithm Consults is not a U.S. law firm and does not provide legal representation before USCIS or any other government agency. We do not provide legal advice. Clients who need legal advice or legal representation should work with a qualified U.S. immigration attorney or other authorized representative.

No Guarantee of Outcome

No immigration outcome can be guaranteed. Every case is decided on its own facts, evidence, and applicable requirements. Immigorithm Consults makes no representations or warranties regarding the outcome of any immigration matter.

Scope and Fees

Before work begins, you will receive a clear scope of services, fee, deliverables, and list of what we need from you. If the work changes, we will discuss it with you before the scope or fee changes. No vague scope. No surprise additions.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and documents needed for the agreed services. Clients are responsible for filing decisions and for working with qualified legal counsel where legal advice or representation is needed.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, deliverables created under the agreed scope become the client's property for use in their immigration matter, subject to any third-party materials incorporated into the work.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Immigorithm Consults shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website.
